Sales Terms & Final Sale Policy

At MAD Equestrian, we strive to offer premium equestrian equipment at fair and competitive prices. From time to time, we offer promotions, discounts, and limited-time sales as a benefit to our customers. To ensure transparency and consistency, the following terms apply to all promotional purchases and sale items.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of sale outlined below.

Final Sale Items

All items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or using a discount code are considered final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Marked-down or clearance items

  • Orders using a discount code

  • Flash sale purchases

Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless otherwise required by law.

Flash Sales & Promotional Offers

Flash sales and limited-time promotions are valid only during the advertised time frame and while supplies last. Offers cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions apply only to orders with a subtotal of $199 or more, after all discounts have been applied.

Orders that fall below the $199 threshold after discounts are applied will not qualify for free shipping.

Additional Terms

  • Discount codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

  • MAD Equestrian reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected misuse of promotions or pricing errors.
